The Dugast Pipistrello TLR Clincher Tyre is designed for top performance on deep sand and fast hardpack surfaces. This competition tyre is perfect for tackling muddy courses, thanks to its profile with extra high studs that provide excellent grip. The design also helps in shedding mud effectively, while maintaining low rolling resistance.
The unique Pipistrello tread is ideal for fast circuits. Its open diamond pattern ensures a firm grip on both sandy and grassy surfaces. The two lines on the side, known as radius control, enhance stability by cutting through sandy terrains. The cotton casing with a high thread-per-inch (TPI) count offers superb puncture resistance, elasticity, and handling in corners.
Neoprene, a 0.1 mm-thick silica coating, is applied to the casing to prevent moisture and mud absorption, extending the tyre's lifespan without affecting its performance or comfort.
